War & Politics: Christians in War and Politics

Jesus said "my Kingdom is not of this world" (John 18:36), setting his Kingdom apart from the powers of this age, but what does this mean for how Christians engage the realities of war and politics in their time? Are Christians meant to hold political office, work in government, or advocate for political reform? Are Christians allowed to serve in police and military forces? What's our place in this world? These are difficult questions.

Towards A Gospel-Means of Resisting Evil

As much as Jesus demonstrates in his life that it is true that "evil triumphs when good people do nothing", his life also clearly demonstrates the lesson that it is also true that evil triumphs when good people do evil. So how should Christians overcome evil?
